How UNION works in 4 steps

UNION allows the diaspora to help their loved ones in Haiti in a simple and transparent way.

You have two options: send a food parcel or offer a UNION gift card (the family chooses what they want from a partner store).

Option 1 — Send a food parcel (the simplest option)

1️⃣ You choose a package

Select the food basket that suits your family (Essentials, Family, Month).

Each package corresponds to a household size and a level of support.

2️⃣ You pay online

Secure payment from anywhere in the world.

You are not transferring money: you are paying for a clear and defined package.

3️⃣ The partner store prepares the package

A local partner shop in Haiti prepares the package respecting the quantities planned within 24 hours.

Products may vary depending on local availability, but the value and quantities are always respected.

4️⃣ Your family retrieves with a code

Your family receives a unique collection code and goes to the store to collect the package.

Simple withdrawal, without confusion.

Option 2 — Offer a UNION gift card (the family chooses)

1️⃣ You choose the amount

You select a gift card of €100, €200 or €300.

2️⃣ You pay online

Secure payment, worldwide.

3️⃣ A unique code is sent to your family and yourself immediately

No physical card is needed: a secure code is all that's required.

4️⃣ The family chooses their products from the partner store whenever they want

The family goes to a local partner and buys what they really need, within the limits of the available amount.
